By accessing or using Sooplaa (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Sooplaa is a social gaming platform designed for in-person use. It provides a single adaptive card game — questions, dares, group votes and challenges — that adjusts to the occasion, group and preferences you set, and is intended for gatherings, dates, and social environments. The Platform operates on a single-device model: one player opens Sooplaa on their phone, enters participant names, and all players take turns using the same device. Sooplaa is a web application accessible through modern browsers; it can also be added to your device's home screen and run full-screen. It is not distributed through any app store. Features, content, and Platform functionality may change over time as the service evolves.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sooplaa. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. Certain content within the Platform, particularly at higher intensity levels (Spicy and Hot), may contain mature themes. Users are responsible for selecting content appropriate for their age, group, and setting. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the Platform under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
During gameplay, participants enter player names on the device. Those names are sent to our servers only to run the live game session and are discarded when the session ends. We do not retain them afterwards, with one exception: if you are signed in with an active Sooplaa Plus subscription, the player names of your five most recent games are saved to your account for 30 days each, so that you can start a new game from a previous one. Section 1.7 of our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what those records hold, how long they are kept, and how they are deleted.
The Platform generates anonymous user IDs and device identifiers to operate gameplay functionality, maintain security, and support debugging. These identifiers do not constitute personally identifiable information and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sooplaa is free to play in your browser, with no account required. Sooplaa Plus is an optional paid subscription that raises the free plan's limits and unlocks saved groups and resumable games, as set out on our Pricing page. Sooplaa Plus requires a Sooplaa account and is purchased on the web at play.sooplaa.com, which is the only place it is sold.
Sooplaa Plus is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at $3.00 USD per month, and it renews every month until you cancel. The amount shown or charged in your local currency may differ depending on exchange rates and applicable taxes.
Web subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for these orders. Paddle is the seller of record to you, processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Paddle appears as the seller on your card or bank statement. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms.
You may cancel Sooplaa Plus at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your Plus access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled through Paddle as described in our Refund Policy. We retain subscription status and purchase history as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to games, artwork, text, graphics, designs, user interface elements, and underlying code, is the property of Sooplaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization.
By using the Platform and participating in games, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Features may be added, altered, or removed, and access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how we process it, and how it is stored and protected. Apart from the recent game records that a Sooplaa Plus subscription creates, described in Section 5 above, we do not retain player names. We otherwise collect only anonymous identifiers (user IDs and device IDs), approximate location data, and subscription-related information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any active subscription is governed by Section 6, by Paddle's terms as merchant of record, and by our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, where Sooplaa is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey, unless local laws grant you additional rights.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Sooplaa is operated by Mert Yacan, a sole proprietor in Turkey, trading as Soolloo Labs.
