1. What Sooplaa Is

Sooplaa is one social game for real-world moments — date nights, parties, friends, work crews and family. One person opens the game on their device, adds everyone's names, and tells it what kind of night it is; from there the group takes turns through a deck of question and challenge cards that adapts to the occasion and to what the group enjoys. It runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen. There is nothing to download and no app store involved.

2. Plans

There are two plans. The Free plan requires no payment and no account, and includes the full game with the limits shown below. Sooplaa Plus is a paid subscription that raises those limits and unlocks saved groups and resumable games; it requires a Sooplaa account. There is only one paid plan and one billing period.

Sooplaa is played on a single device, so only the person who opens the game needs an account. Their plan sets the limits for the whole session — nobody else in the group has to subscribe.

3. Price

Sooplaa Plus — $3.00 USD per month.

The price is set in US dollars. Our payment provider converts the amount to your local currency at checkout, so the amount charged in your currency may differ and may change with exchange rates. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout, and may be added on top of the price above.

4. Billing Terms

• Sooplaa Plus is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You are charged on the day you subscribe and on the same day of each following month.
• You can cancel at any time, from within the app. No notice period and no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your Plus access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan.
• There is no annual plan, no one-off purchase, and no separate paid decks. Sooplaa Plus is the only paid product.

5. Where to Subscribe

Sooplaa Plus is sold only inside the Sooplaa web app at https://play.sooplaa.com. You need to sign in to your Sooplaa account first; the subscription option appears in the app once you are signed in. Subscriptions are not sold on this website and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

6. Who You Are Buying From

Sooplaa is operated by Mert Yacan, a sole proprietor established in Turkey, trading as Soolloo Labs.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles sales tax and VAT. Paddle, not Sooplaa, is what appears on your card or bank statement.

7. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The full terms, how to request one, and how cancellation differs from a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Questions
